The Challenge
Every morning, delivery drivers received a list of addresses in an Excel file with no structure, no prioritization, and no logic. Each driver invented their own route on the spot. The result: wasted fuel, late deliveries, and an operations team with no visibility into what was actually happening in the field. Beyond routing, the company had no centralized system for managing clients, orders, or finances - everything lived in separate spreadsheets or someone's memory.
How we approached it

Mapped the full delivery operation end-to-end - from order creation to driver sign-off - to understand exactly where time and money were being lost.

Designed three separate user portals: one for the company owner (full business overview), one for the operator (dispatch and route assignment), and one for drivers (daily deliveries and one-click route generation).

Built real-time route optimization that factors in the driver's current location, live traffic conditions, roadworks, and delivery time windows - all triggered with a single click.

Integrated a full business management layer: client database, order tracking, and financial overview - replacing all existing spreadsheets.
What we achieved
- Eliminated unstructured Excel-based dispatching entirely
- Real-time route optimization accounting for traffic, roadworks, and driver location
- Centralized client, order, and financial management in one platform
- Three role-based portals with appropriate access levels for each user type
- Capacity to complete more deliveries daily without hiring additional drivers
We never even thought about route optimization - it wasn't on our radar. Drivers were just complaining that everything was disorganized, that they were making mistakes because they had to constantly figure out where to go next. Now they open the app, tap one button, and the whole day is planned. They don't have to think about it anymore.
