A fast-growing AI-powered marketing hub needed key features built fast - unified inbox, social scheduling, AI agents, and cross-platform analytics. We built them.

The Challenge
CS Platform is an all-in-one marketing hub replacing 5–7 separate tools for B2B and B2C marketing teams. As the platform grew, it needed a set of complex features built quickly and reliably: a unified inbox aggregating messages from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and website chat; an AI agent capable of answering client queries from a custom knowledge base; and a social media scheduling and analytics system spanning 7 platforms. Each of these features required integrating multiple third-party APIs, building custom webhooks, and ensuring everything worked seamlessly within the existing platform architecture.
How we approached it

Designed and built a unified inbox integrating Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and website chat - consolidating all inbound messages into a single interface using ManyChat and Unipile integrations alongside custom webhooks and Supabase edge functions.

Resolved complex infrastructure challenges including a JavaScript integer overflow bug affecting Facebook subscriber IDs at scale - ensuring data integrity across all messaging channels.

Built a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) AI agent that learns from each client's knowledge base and automatically responds to inbound queries - with the goal of routing qualified leads to a human sales agent.

Developed a social media scheduling feature supporting 7 platforms via Upload-Post API integration, with per-platform post analytics tracking performance after publication.

Implemented a daily post analytics snapshot system using pg_cron and Supabase Edge Functions to ensure consistent data collection across all connected accounts.
