The Challenge
Generating a single client contract required opening a Word template, manually filling in client details, cross-checking information from multiple sources, and reformatting everything before sending. Multiply that by 500+ contracts per year and you have hundreds of hours lost to a task that requires zero creative thinking. On top of that, business information was scattered across binders and spreadsheets - finding any specific detail required physically searching through physical records.

Built a client management system where all client data is stored once and reused automatically across any document type.

Designed a custom template editor that allows the team to create and maintain contract templates using dynamic variables - no developer needed for future template changes.

Implemented one-click contract and authorization generation: select a client, select a template, generate. Done in under 60 seconds.

Built a promissory note tracking module for monitoring active and cancelled notes.

Integrated an AI chat assistant with full access to the business database - any piece of information can now be retrieved by asking a question instead of searching through physical records.
